Description

We are looking for specialized psychiatrists to join Al Taie Center, one of the leading medical centers in Saudi Arabia.
The job includes providing psychological and therapeutic support to patients, diagnosing psychological disorders, and developing comprehensive treatment plans aimed at improving mental health and quality of life.

Requirements

Medical certificate specializing in psychiatry with a license to practice the profession in Kuwait.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in the field of psychiatry, preferably in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Familiarity with modern therapy methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
  • Ability to handle complex and chronic cases.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in Arabic, with the ability to speak English.
In English:
  • A medical degree specializing in psychiatry with a valid license to practice in Kuwait.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatry, preferably in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Proficiency in modern therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
  • Ability to manage complex and chronic cases.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic, with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Providing specialized psychotherapy sessions for patients suffering from psychological disorders such as:
    • Depression: Assessment of psychological status and design of treatment plans including medication and behavioral therapy.
    • Anxiety and Panic Disorders: Providing strategies to control anxiety and improve quality of life.
    • Obsessive-compulsive disorder: designing effective cognitive and behavioral treatments.
    • Bipolar: Managing symptoms with the latest treatment methods.
    • Schizophrenia: Supporting chronic conditions and improving social responsiveness.
    • Addiction: Providing comprehensive treatment plans to eliminate addiction and follow-up recovery.
  • Working within an integrated team that includes speech therapists, nutritionists, and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Training and mentoring new employees in the psychological team to improve the quality of services provided.
  • Monitoring case development using advanced assessment tools and updated treatment programs.
  • Providing psychological counseling to individuals and families to promote mental health within the community.

  • Provide psychological consultations for individuals and families to promote mental well-being in the community.
