Requirements
- شهادة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في التمريض من جهة معترف بها.
- ترخيص مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة (يفضل في المستشفيات أو مراكز الرعاية الصحية).
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع المرضى بحساسية وتعاطف.
- الإلمام بالإجراءات الطبية الأساسية وأحدث تقنيات التمريض.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Minimum of one year of practical experience (preferably in hospitals or healthcare centers).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact empathetically with patients.
- Proficiency in basic medical procedures and knowledge of the latest nursing techniques.

Responsibilities
- تقديم الرعاية التمريضية اليومية للمرضى وفقًا لاحتياجاتهم الصحية في مركز الطائي.
- مراقبة العلامات الحيوية للمرضى وتوثيقها بدقة.
- إدارة الأدوية الموصوفة وضمان الالتزام بخطط العلاج.
- التعاون مع الأطباء وأعضاء الفريق الطبي في مركز الطائي لضمان تقديم رعاية متكاملة.
- مساعدة المرضى في الأنشطة اليومية مثل التنقل والعناية الشخصية.
- تقديم الدعم العاطفي والنفسي للمرضى وأسرهم.
- إعداد التقارير الطبية حول حالة المرضى وتقديمها إلى الفريق الطبي.
- Deliver daily nursing care tailored to patients' needs at Al-Taei Center.
- Monitor and accurately document patients' vital signs.
- Administer prescribed medications and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with doctors and the multidisciplinary team at Al-Taei Center for integrated patient care.
- Assist patients with daily activities, including mobility and personal hygiene.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Prepare detailed medical reports on patients' progress and share them with the medical team.
